I had an appointment with the AMP Alison, this is the first time I’ve seen her and she helped with a very difficult situation that required sensitivity and understanding, and Alison exceeded with her support of the above and ran over massively on the time she gave me (booked me at the end of the list) which I appreciate how difficult the time constraints are. I am very grateful for her time and I will be emailing the practice manager to show appreciation. How wonderful to finally have an AMP who is professional, understanding, caring, and genuinely wants to help. Thank you
